Suggestions, Comments and Complaints

We welcome all comments on the services provided by the practice.

We are continually looking to turn our patients’ feedback into real improvements in the services we provide. We use it to focus on the things that matter most to our patients, carers and their families.

We’ll let the staff involved know and share the good practice across our teams.

Sadly we recognise there may be times where the service you receive is not to our regular high standard and that you will want to complain. To pursue a complaint, please complete our online Feedback form.

If you wish to speak to the practice manager regarding a complaint you can do so by calling the surgery on 0161 736 1166. Please be aware that the practice manager is not always available to speak to by phone.

If this is the case you will need to leave your name, DOB, contact details and a brief summary of what the complaint is about. If you prefer not to give a brief summary please let the staff know “it’s private” and no further questions will be asked. The practice manager will be passed your details at the next available opportunity and will contact you back on the same day where possible.
