Quick exitConfidential help and support
You are not alone
Abuse can be physical, sexual, emotional, psychological, financial or controlling. It can happen to anyone, and it is never your fault.
You can ask for help even if you are unsure whether what is happening is abuse. Talking to someone does not mean you have to leave the relationship or report it to the police.
If you are in immediate danger
Call 999. If you cannot speak on a mobile, listen to the operator and press 55 when prompted so your call can be transferred to the police.
